The policy manual is being built with 1,000+ regulation-mapped templates across 12 compliance pillars: governance, HR, WHS, facilities, infection prevention, privacy, patient care, clinical, medications, consent, billing and advertising. Each template is designed to be customised for your practice type and exported with your branding.

AHCRA is being built for 19 staff roles, including 13 AHPRA-registered professions and 6 non-registered roles. Each role will have compliance requirements pre-filled based on scope of practice. There will also be governance roles such as Infection Control Lead, Privacy Officer and WHS Representative.

Staff tracking is being built to cover 29 compliance requirements per staff member across 5 types: registrations (6), certifications (8), training modules (7), competencies (4) and administrative (4). It is designed to send expiry alerts at 90, 60 and 30 days, show each requirement as Current, Expiring Soon, Overdue or Not Recorded, and let staff upload evidence against each one.

Our regulatory content is continuously monitored and updated to reflect changes in AHPRA guidelines, TGA regulations, and other relevant legislation. In the platform, when a regulation changes, affected templates and audit checks will be updated, with a notice explaining what changed and what you need to review.

Competencies (4) — including clinical assessment and medication administration. Administrative (4) — including police checks and immunisation records.

AHCRA is being built for all 8 Australian states and territories — New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia, South Australia, Tasmania, Australian Capital Territory, and Northern Territory. Each jurisdiction's state-specific rules will be applied to your compliance checks and policy templates.
